Every Part is Backed by a Lifetime Guarantee
All parts are backed by a guarantee aligned with the manufacturer’s estimated lifespan, which varies depending on usage. For example, lights used primarily during holidays can last 30 to 40 years.
With typical use, most components are expected to last between 20 and 30 years.
*If the lights are operated continuously for 12–16 hours per day (excluding periods of extreme summer heat, which may impact performance), the expected lifespan is approximately 7 to 8 years.
**Please note that future advancements in technology may affect the lifespan of control systems.
3-Year Labor Warranty
Labor costs to repair manufacturer-defective parts are covered for 3 years, after the 3rd year there will be a service charge. This includes issues such as faulty bulbs, power supplies, LED controllers, connections, aluminum channel finishes, and more.
Warranty Coverage for Specific Items
The control board that connects your Trimlight system to your smartphone or tablet is fully covered under the lifetime parts warranty. However, the software used for this connection is not covered, nor are issues related to Wi-Fi or radio frequency interference.
While connecting the Trimlight controller to your local network is recommended, it may not always be the best fit for every environment. In many cases, using the Trimlight signal broadcast directly from the controller provides the most reliable connection.
Before contacting your local representative for repairs, please ensure all troubleshooting steps have been completed. If the components are determined to be functioning properly, a minimum service fee of $75 may apply.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage or weather caused issues (lightning, tornado, hail, etc.). Warranty is nontransferable.
